I chose this hotel for a town hall meeting due to its 4 meeting rooms accommodating up to 200 conference or 150 banquet guests. the facilities served the purpose well during my stay.

I missed having a business center to print some urgent documents for my work during my stay.

Location adjacent to the waffle house in front of the motel and park.

The staff was superbly friendly, as well as host. The setting was marvellous, close enough to a killer Mexican restaurant, the waffle house in front of the motel and the Ford Center. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The rooms were spotless and included a relaxing whirlpool tub, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient right in the heart of Jackson.

I love the staff the lady at the front desk was very nice kind and constantly checking up on me to make us feel very welcome!

Although the cleaning people tried their best to keep the rooms and facility as clean as they could which I appreciate the was a lot of little things that where broken in the room my sink and counter where both broken and there was a lot of maintance that needed to be done to the whole building but other than that service was great!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Pool was nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

construction on my floor- lots of workers going in and out. It will be much better when that work gets done.

This hotel is fairly clean and features a super friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. the location is particularly good, as it is close to the Ford Center, a fantastic Mexican restaurant, and a Waffle House right in front of the motel. Overall, it was a very nice stay for the price.

I stayed here for 5 days and I really didn't want to leave! I can't wait to return. I booked a room with a whirlpool tub, and it was fantastic. 😊.

The entire place looked and felt dirty. The shower rod in my room had been partially pulled out of the wall and was bent in a U-shape. There was one trash can in the entire room. No trash can in the bathroom. Room was not ready when I checked in, even though I reserved in advance.

The staff was nice.

Blanket had cigarette burns,the bathroom had mold,cigarette burns on sink,coffee terrible.

The location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk to a large public park. I stayed in a brand-new, perfectly clean room with a whirlpool tub. the staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. I didn't have enough time to enjoy everything, so I'm definitely planning to return!

The room I booked was not available. The swimming pool had no water and there was no breakfast.

Fridge did not wk so couldn't keep child's juice cold.. microwave had no plate. Was advertised as hving indoor pool gym WiFi and flat screen. Pool and gym were not in use WiFi so slow couldn't use laptop and tv was old. False advertisement and wouldn't adjust payment.
